WinRupees Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WinRupees platform at winrupees.im ("the Platform"). WinRupees provides online gaming services including casino games, jackpot slots, card games, Ludo, fishing games and related services exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) to eligible users. Reading these Terms in full before you register and deposit is strongly recommended. Continuing to use the Platform after any updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet or wager on the WinRupees platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser or any other method.

WinRupees reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

These Terms should be read alongside the WinRupees Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

2Eligibility

To register and play on WinRupees, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinRupees does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer or consultant of WinRupees or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by WinRupees or by a self-exclusion request.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information during registration and when requested for verification purposes.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on WinRupees. Creating more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When you register, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate personal details. You are not permitted to register using another person's identity.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share access to your account with any other person.
• Notify WinRupees immediately via support@winrupees.im if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account details promptly if any of your registered information changes.
• Complete any identity verification (KYC) process requested by WinRupees before making withdrawals or when required for compliance purposes.

WinRupees will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or shared them with another party.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the WinRupees platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier deposit requests may be subject to additional verification.
• Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals complete within five minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one working day.
• WinRupees reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain amount.
• All withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. WinRupees does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance and used in bets. Contact support immediately if a deposit error occurs before placing any bets.
• WinRupees does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

5Bonuses and Promotions

WinRupees offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your WinRupees balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• The welcome deposit match bonus of up to Rs 10,000 applies to your first real-money deposit only. It cannot be claimed multiple times and is not available to players who have previously held a WinRupees account.
• Free spins, where offered, are issued at a fixed bet value. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• WinRupees reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus are not affected by retrospective changes to that specific offer's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged with other players under any circumstances.
• Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including through coordinated play, bonus hunting or exploiting errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

WinRupees operates all games — including casino games, jackpot slots, card games, Ludo and fishing games — using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including WinRupees itself.

Players agree to abide by the following game-related terms:

• Each game's individual rules take precedence over general Platform rules where there is a conflict. Game rules are displayed within each game before play begins.
• Bets confirmed and placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once accepted by the game system. Players are responsible for confirming their bet amounts before submission.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will either be completed automatically or declared void depending on the game type, and any stake for a voided round will be returned to your balance.
• Malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a software error leads to a stated payout that differs materially from the correct payout, WinRupees will correct the error and pay the correct amount.
• Published RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are theoretical long-run figures. Actual results in any individual session will vary due to natural statistical variance.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinRupees and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot or automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human manual input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in any game. Any bug discovered must be reported to support@winrupees.im immediately rather than exploited.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Registering using false identity documents or another person's personal information.
• Using VPNs or other tools to misrepresent your geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, charge-back abuse or false deposit dispute.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or any other offer restricted to one use per player.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with WinRupees staff or other players.

8Account Suspension and Closure

WinRupees reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, WinRupees reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support@winrupees.im.

9Privacy and Data Protection

WinRupees collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your name, mobile number, payment details and transaction history. This data is used to manage your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations and improve the Platform experience.

WinRupees does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required.

10Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without written permission from WinRupees.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any game or Platform software.
• Use the WinRupees name, logo or any associated trademarks without express written consent.

12Limitation of Liability

WinRupees provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, WinRupees does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinRupees will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical faults or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in payment processing that are outside WinRupees's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by WinRupees's direct actions.

13Amendments to These Terms

WinRupees may update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, registered players will receive notification via their registered email address or via an in-platform message.

If you continue to use the WinRupees platform after updated Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The most current version of these Terms always supersedes any previous version.
